Policy on Interim Premium Use During COVID-19

This policy creates accommodations for the approval process for Premium use where there are longer-term restrictions on large gatherings due to COVID-19. It replaces the Policy on Emergency Premium Use. Any Certificate Holders wishing to spend Fair Trade Premium who are unable to hold a General Assembly should use this Policy. Those Certificate Holders who have ongoing projects based on an Emergency Needs Identification and Emergency Premium Plan have until April 30th, 2021 to transition to an Interim Premium Plan as defined in this policy.
