Simple Fair Trade Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
- 10 oz Fair Trade Certified semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 tsp ground Fair Trade Certified cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Fair Trade Certified coconut oil
Preparation Instructions
Makes 1¼ cups
- Fill a saucepan with 1-2 inches of water and bring to a simmer.
- Add chocolate and milk to a medium bowl. Place bowl over saucepan to create a double boiler. (Note: water should not touch the bottom of the bowl.) Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted and is smooth. Remove the bowl from the pan and stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, and coconut oil.
- Pour chocolate into a heat-safe serving bowl. Serve with fresh Fair Trade Certified fruit like strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, or with your choice of baked goods.
