Harvest Apple Coffee

Serves 4

  1. Combine the coffee grounds and apple pie spice in the basket of a drip coffee maker. Add water and prepare according to instructions.
  2. Combine milk, syrup, and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat until milk steams but does not boil. Stir until sugar is melted. 
  3. In each of four cups, pour ¾ cup coffee and ¼ cup milk mixture. Stir. Garnish each mug with cinnamon sticks and pinches of ground cinnamon, and enjoy.
